Where are you based?
I am based in Smethwick, close to Warley Woods, and mainly serve Smethwick and nearby areas, such as Dudley.
If you require services beyond these regions, there will be an additional fee to cover transportation costs.
What usually happens on a shoot?
I aim to maintain a relaxed atmosphere during my photoshoots, as this often results in capturing the best images of your dog/s.
Basically, we will enjoy a delightful walk together, pausing along the way to capture our moments! Typically, I strive to capture a mix of formal portrait shots, casual portraits, and candid action shots of your furry friend in action. Also bring treats. They will help massively
What if my dog can't go off lead?
Don't worry! I can work some post-shoot magic to edit out the leads from your pictures. But if your dog needs to be on a lead, consider bringing a long line, especially if you want action shots or expect lots of running! Also I partner with Hagley Secure Dog Field to provide safe a safe environment for your pet.
What if the weathers bad?
I can conduct photoshoots in various weather conditions, but heavy rain can make some pups appear a bit unhappy! Before the shoot, I monitor the weather and will reach out to you if it seems unfavorable. If needed, we can reschedule the shoot for a better day. Additionally, we might reschedule if it's too warm as this can pose risks for dogs, particularly larger or brachycephalic breeds.
Do you photograph pets other than dogs?
I do indeed! I'm more than happy to photograph any pet, but remember I do shoot on location - so small furries would need to be photographed in your garden and it may be a good idea to photograph horses while turned out.
What if I need to cancel my photoshoot?
Everyone has important stuff pop up from time to time! If you need to cancel your shoot for any reason, please try to let me know ASAP. During busy periods I will ask for a non-refundable deposit to ensure I can keep as many dates open as possible
How long will it take to get my photos?
Once the photoshoot is done it will be around 7 days for the ''first look' images to be added to a secure folder. Once you have chosen your images it will take another 21 days for the final edits to be completed. This will be available for download.
